Shipping policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Local Orders — Botswana (BWP)

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays, and these days are excluded from all stated delivery timelines.

Outlying Areas & Additional Charges

If your delivery address falls outside our stated delivery areas, please select Collect at Warehouse at checkout. Our team will confirm the applicable delivery charges for your area.

Couriers may apply additional surcharges for outlying areas. Any applicable surcharge will be communicated to you and must be paid by you.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the courier or Organic Naturals Skin Care is unable to reach you to arrange delivery and you do not respond in time, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

The cost of re-delivering the parcel will be charged to your account.

Click & Collect

Please note the following terms for Click & Collect orders:

  • Collection location: Our headquarters (HQ).

  • Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Weekend orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed for dispatch on Monday.

  • Proof of collection: You must provide your name and proof of payment when collecting your order.

  • Collection deadline: You have 10 business days to collect your order. After this period, your order will be considered void and cancelled.

2. Orders to South Africa (ZA)

We deliver to South Africa using Aramex or The Courier Guy South Africa, with delivery directly to your door.

Please select the applicable International Rate at checkout.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that you or a trusted person is available at the delivery address to receive your order.

Any order received and signed for on your behalf will be considered delivered.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders do not include taxes, duties, or other levies that may arise during delivery.

These charges may apply depending on South African laws and regulations and are the customer's responsibility. If applicable, the courier will contact you, and payment must be made directly to the courier.

3. International Orders

We ship international orders using DHL Express.

Shipping Rates & Quotes

International shipping rates are calculated individually for each order.

To receive an accurate shipping quote, please select Collect at Warehouse at checkout. Our team will contact you to obtain the necessary details and provide a shipping quote.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, taxes, and other applicable levies are not included in the shipping price.

These charges may apply depending on the destination country's laws and regulations and are the customer's responsibility. Any applicable fees must be paid by the customer.
